Who can apply?
Local school faculty & staff may apply individually or in teams.
What can I win?
You may apply to fund projects anywhere from $500 - $10,000
What do I need in order to apply?
What is the Cobb Tank process?
- After the application period closes, a panel will review the applications and select finalists
- Finalists will be given approximately two weeks to prepare a 3-minute presentation
- Finalists will pitch the idea live to the "Cobb Tank" sharks
- Presentation may include props, additional people, video, charts, demo, etc... (only 10 minutes to set up).
- After the live pitch, there will be a 5-10 min Q&A session with the sharks
- Sharks will convene and select funding recipients
- Winners will be announced
